MediaTek, a Taiwanese mobile chipset maker, organized an event in Delhi. The company said in this event the Vision of 2018 for India. The announcements made during this event are important because of the Indian smartphone customers. Because the company has created such chipsets which can be given premium features in the smartphone below the budget segment.
MediaTek has said that the company has partnered with Reliance Jio. In addition to this event, the company said that jio and MediaTek are working together for the entry-level smartphone running on the Android Oreo Go Edition operating system.
MediaTek Wireless Communications General Manager TL Lee said in the event, “In India, MediaTek is already giving chipsets for the new premium smartphones. New premium means that the budget is being given high-end features, user experience, and performance in the smartphone. This year the company will take this vision forward ‘
MediaTek told about MT6739 and MT6580 chipset which will support Android Go. For this, MediaTek has partnered with Google and under this, the Android Oreo Go Edition smartphones will be introduced, in which the MediaTek processor will be installed. These entry-level smartphones will be launched in this year’s quarter and they will be introduced in many countries around the world.
MediaTek has also shown the sensor module in this event which has been named Senior MT6381. This sensor module can be installed on the smartphone. According to the company, these sensor modules have been designed by targeting healthcare. The company has claimed that it can be tested through heart rates, blood pressure trends, oxygen saturation, electrocardiology and heart rate variability. For this, you only have to keep an index finger on the sensor.
